RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Courses)
All digital course sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on course purchases once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, contact us at Volatileyoga@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Apparel and Gear)
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email Volatileyoga@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at Volatileyoga@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
